CEO Carol Bartz to Assume Role of Executive Chairman
SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Jan. 17, 2006 — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced that Carl Bass, the company’s chief operating officer, has been named president and chief executive officer, effective May 1, 2006. Bass also has been appointed to the company’s expanded Board of Directors, effective immediately.
