This exclusive Transformers trailer, hosted on Yahoo for the 2007 original film, shows some Autobot vs Decepticon action. ILM’s work on the film set a new bar for photoreal CG robots at the time, building each character with enough individually animatable parts to sell a genuine metal-on-metal transformation in a single unbroken shot.
